Home Building Process:

 

Site Preparation and Foundation

Surveying and preparing the site to build are the first steps in the custom home construction process. Our team will clear the property of any debris and prepare the ground for the foundation to be set. Footings are then installed for the concrete to be poured, ensuring a secure foundation.

Construct the Framing

The framing process is an exciting step of the home building journey. The framing is the shell of your home. The exterior walls and roof are installed and you are able to finally visualize your home layout.

Electrical and Plumbing

Electrical and plumbing is one of the most crucial steps in the home building process. The electrical panel, wiring and plumbing pipes will be installed throughout the home. Next, we will install the heating and air conditioning system. Our team of electricians and plumbers are licensed and insured, and will make sure to complete this process with care and careful attention.

Insulation and Drywall

To ensure your home is climate controlled for Florida weather, insulation must be installed throughout the exterior walls. The proper inspections are completed and then the drywall process begins. The exterior finishes are ready to begin, this can be a combination of brick, concrete, wood, etc.

Interior Finishes

Now, your home is now ready for interior finishes. Things are getting exciting! During this process, we will install the doors and framing, hang the kitchen cabinets, install the flooring, molding and window sills.

Final Interior Features

Throughout this stage, all the interior and exterior light fixtures are installed, as well as the countertops, bathroom vanities, sinks and toilets.

Outdoor Landscaping & Final Touches

Final Walkthrough
